If you are looking for a peaceful stay and not too much expensive rooms then this is the hotel for you.
Rooms are clean and cozy, bathroom is clean which is always a concern but this hotel has clean bathroom and food is also amazing and price is also reasonable. We were here for two days and had amazing time.
Location is little off beat but it's not that much far from mall road, for us it was perfect. Overall this a very good hotel and recommended to everyone. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:4

Photoshopped pics of rooms shown. Hotel is at very bad location, you will have to climb steeply to reach hotel. Then to your shock you will find that there are hotels then somewhere between other hotels this hotel chaman is situated in a small lane (gali) and entrance to hotel is very unpleasant so are hotel rooms-Dull and gloomy. Outside window you will find another hotel balcony. Even then if you are willing to book this hotel then keep in mind book only if you are paying 600 rupees. If paying more then find another hotel. Staff's behavior towards women is not acceptable, making everything uncomfortable for women.

I highly suggest avoiding such cheap hotels with fake ratings as they are not near to any viewpoint or visiting location. Along with poor service, cheap location, tidy room. This hotel deserves 0 stars. Rooms:1 Service:1 Location:1

Parking a is big issue during season & weekends Rooms:4 Service:5 Location:3

First of all room service and receptionist behaviour is 0 , whatever we asked him anything he replied us in roundly way no second whatever they showing the rooms during booking they aren’t give u the room they will give u very small and ask for extra charges. Overall it was very bad experience with this hotel, I will not recommend for any of my friends. Rooms:2 Service:1 Location:1

Never prefer chaman palace...very dirty cheap wrist hotel in shimla ...no wifi...mindid owner Jo advance payment lekar trevilling sites se guest ko on door Ane pr jhut bolta e ki booking ayi hi nai.because he want charge high price...room me khrab gizzer blankets with chpkali poti almilrah with full fungus...never go there.
