Location is very good. The hotel is facing the river and also it's located near the Vishnu Ghat. The Vishnu Ghat market is near the hotel and also the distance of Har ki Pauri is approx 1 KM from the hotel. The hotel environment was peaceful.

I really liked the atmosphere and the garden of the hotel I felt like as if we are in a typically Rajasthan village atmosphere with a small swimming pool only for kids with not a very good maintenance but but overall ok. Chaman Palace is a vry gud budget hotel for staying in shimla... Our stay was vry comfortable..Hotel staff was vry helpful and cooperating...Though we had to pass through small alley to reach the hotel but the outer appearance and interiors were worth the effort... This Hotel is situated in Fingask Estate which is very near to the Mall Road... It takes hardly 10 mts to reach mall road from this place...our rooms were very tidy and beds were comfortable...food quality was very gud and proper hygiene was maintained while serving the food....all n all its a budget hotel which delivers more than a budget hotel and is worth giving a try..... What an amazing experience we had in staying at Hotel New Aditya during early May, 2024.

Location: Best location as per my experience in Haridwar. The hotel has two wings (road facing and Ganga ji facing), just on the bank of Gangaji and at a walking distance from the general parking, Har ki Poudi, main markets. Crossing the bridge connects to the national highway. Most noteworthy is the bathing ghat facility (almost private) with well maintained cleanliness and very limited presence of non-boarders.

Rooms: We stayed in AC Delux Gangaji facing room with balcony. Awesome view of river and Services were very good. Room was neat and clean with adequate amenities. Lift facility is available in the hotel.

Food: Awesome tasty with good portion. The Chili Paneer (dry) is just fabulous and a must-try dish. Room service is prompt with great care.

Price: Absolutely reasonable as per our earlier experiences in Haridwar.

Reception desk: The front desk and supporting service staff are very helpful, polite and caring.

Suggestion: If the current dining space is redesigned as per restaurant decor with AC installed, it would be great. A roof-top restaurant would also be a very good addition to this excellent hotel.

Nice, plush hotel which provides direct access to Mall from the Hotel which is located next to Tourism lift and multilevel parking. It provides all necessary amenities as provided in other star hotels. Mr Harish had been very helpful who arranged a staff who helped us in Parking Car below the Hotel. Hotel is slightly overpriced but given the location and covenience of a hotel lift with direct access to mall road, price seems okay. Food is good they have an inhouse Restaurant, Cafe and Bar. Live singing was there in Bar. Non Veg platter, mouse and pasteries are a must try.
