I was going to give 3 star even though hotel was below my expectation. but while checking out they took my phone saying they want to check if property is properly listed or not and next day i got the mail saying your review has been approved. so most probably they have added the review themselves. there toilet was leaking. AC keep stopping i had to call the reception to turn it on. food was okay. staff behaviour was not professional. rooms were not cleaned. overall bad experience. location was good but still not recommended most of the reviews are what staff has added i believe. The rooms are very dirty, everything is broken. Pieces are falling off the walls, wallpaper is torn. The linens are dirty. This is not a hotel with 3 stars, and on some portals 4 stars. This hotel is at most 1 star. The breakfast is terrible. My dog eats better than what is served in this hotel to the guests. The staff asks you to show your reservation number in your phone and writes a good review on your behalf. The location of the hotel is not bad. Near the market. It is noisy at night. We had our Company Off-site at Bir and 60 of us stated at Camp Kasbah for 3 nights.
The setting is a winner- nestled at a foot hill, with access to green meadows, and lovely walks into Bir village. A stream runs alongside, its gentle gurgling adding peace and calm to the already serene surroundings.
The tents are extremely clean, comfortable and cosy- the last being most important in the cold! The food was exceptional-fresh, wholesome and delicious. We looked forward to every meal.
The Camp's absolute winner though is their smiling, cheerful and extremely hardworking team. Their warmth and willingness to help is what gives Camp Kasbah an edge. Highly recommended. Rooms:5 Service:5 Location:5
