My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The room was in terrible condition, with a foul smell that lingered the entire time. The ceiling leaked constantly, leaving puddles on the floor, and the broken lock made me feel unsafe. The management seemed indifferent to the issues, and it was clear that maintenance is not a priority here. I would strongly advise avoiding this place—absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The most disgraceful experience ever. We were a group of friends staying at Ananta Express, Jaipur and needed to extend our stay by one day due to an emergency. Instead of behaving professionally, they broke into our rooms without consent, packed all our belongings, and had the audacity to shove personal female items and footwears into a trash bag. Their behavior was disgusting and disrespectful. To make matters worse, they argued with us in the middle of the night, shamelessly trying to justify their unacceptable actions. The room stank, it was gross i felt like vomiting. Room was disgusting, restaurant was very unclean, smell was very disgusting, service was very poor. Morning no hot water very cold shower not good.
