It's merely a year old hotel. It's nice with 35 rooms in quite good area of Kolkata. Reasonably priced. Needs improvement in maintainance. Rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are quite nice. Good & ever smiling staff members. Food quality, needs improvement.

If you are North Indian, this place is not for you. Cheap nahi Ghatia north Indian food. Service is fast but service quality is not at par.I placed my clothes for laundry but found as such at comeback... No special service. Breakfast buffet but limited items and quantity.

Tea bags & sugar kept on table without any tray...NO stirrer to mix sugar. Completely wet sugar inside sugar packet. No facility to give tooth paste. poor sun light & ambiance. Room was not ready for early check in. Wash room in ground floor was pathetic without tissue paper & extremely unkept.

I had stayed here for two nights. The overall experience was great. The rooms were clean with proper amenities. However, their breakfast was terrible. The food was over and no one cared much to get more either. The hotel is located close to park street area.

I had booked the hotel for two nights and my feedback is : The rooms are very poorly lit and unclean, it's unwelcoming. The linens are dirty. Bathroom door is transparent and on top of that it wasn't working, tap not working, have to use shower for washing feet as well. Won't book it again.

One night stay in this hotel. The floor are full of dirt! Bed sheet seems like leaved there unchanged for some time. Pillow are with dirt too! The way they manage matters still highly depending on man power where it could be solved by proper pre arrangement to save cost and increase efficiency.

Had a very nice experience while staying here. The staffs were very polite and attentive, Rooms were clean and very spacious. Breakfast were tasty. The best part is the location. It is situated at the heart of the city just adjacent to Park Street. Almost all the transport is available outside the hotel gate including "The Heritage Team"

Hotel Location is good. Beds and bedspread are old and not clean. Washroom is dirty. Very bad experience during Check in and Check out. A super enthusiastic guy will try to override you during the process. I booked with Oyo and that guy took my mobile and given 5 star rating. That's why it has 4.8 rating in Oyorooms.

Except location nothing was good. Went there for 2 day for business purpose. Water was leaking from AC to bed. Room was dirty. White bedsheet became black. AC was fine but water issue. Room size was good enough. Amenities were provided.
