- Your pets can't join this experience due to venue restrictions, but guide dogs are allowed.
- Please note that outside food and drinks aren’t permitted inside the zoo. Plan accordingly!
- For safety reasons, items like straws, balloons, skateboards, skates, bicycles, scooters, radios, glass containers, fireworks, balls, and frisbees are not allowed.
You mustn't feed animals anywhere in the zoo except at designated feeding stations such as those for giraffes or parrots.
Accessibility Features
- The experience is accessible to wheelchair users and pram/stroller users.
- Rentals are available for wheelchairs and Electronic Convenience Vehicles at Zoo Miami.
To ensure availability on busy days like weekends and holidays, booking strollers and both manual and motorized wheelchairs in advance is advised.
Additional Details to Note
- Food vouchers must be used at the food station 1 hour before closing on your visit day.
- The daytime admission ticket does not include Zoo Lights.
- A typical zoo tour takes about 4-5 hours. For those who prefer cycling, safari cycle rentals are available for an additional fee.
- While oversized bags, backpacks, coolers, and luggage can be brought in, they will undergo a search at the entrance.
- You’re welcome to bring food which you may enjoy in the picnic area near the zoo's entrance.
As this experience involves quite a bit of walking, wearing comfortable clothing is recommended.
