Operating Hours Normal Days:• Monday to Friday Daily from 10.00am to 5.00pm (Counter Close at 4.00pm)• Saturday - Sunday from 9.00am to 6.00pm (Counter Close at 5.00pm) Important Notes:• Bringing outside food and beverages is not allowed• Please do not feed any outside food to the animals • Trespassing to prohibited areas is not allowed • Free admission is allowed for children under the age of 3. Please indicate the number of eligible children in the Requests & Remarks section when booking• Please note that the age of the child is based on the year of birth. Children born in 2021 and onwards will be considered as 4 year-olds and will need to purchase a ticket• Children must be accompanied by one paying adult at all times• Please keep your personal belongings close to you and away from the animals• Please keep a safe distance from the animals while taking photos to prevent them from snatching your phone, especially primates (i.e. monkeys)• Please wear comfortable footwear and bring sunglasses, a cap, sunscreen, an umbrella, and insect repellent• Zoo Melaka will not be responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statutes of the Malaysian Government, strikes, riots, acts of God, or conditions beyond control• All operation hours and show time are subject to weather conditions.
