What’s not allowed

• Tripods, professional lights, flashes, and any other photo or filming accessories are not permitted inside the venue for safety reasons.

• Food and drinks purchased outside the venue are not allowed.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Large bags and suitcases are not allowed inside for security reasons.

• Smoking is not allowed.

Accessibility

• This experience is partially accessible with a wheelchair; all rooms can be visited, but some activities cannot be entered.

• Accessible restrooms and wheelchair-friendly facilities are available on site.

Additional information

• Children below 10 years are only allowed during Kids Time and must be accompanied by at least 1 adult supervisor per child.

• Children aged 10 to 13 are welcome during all opening hours, but must be accompanied by at least 1 adult supervisor per group.

• The average visit duration is about 90 minutes, but you may stay as long as you like during operating hours.
