If requested at the entrance, ensure a valid photo ID that matches your booking name is with you. You're welcome to carry your smartphone or DSLR camera for capturing personal memories.
What’s not allowed
- Tripods, professional lights, flashes, and other photography accessories are prohibited inside the venue due to safety concerns.
- No outside food and drinks are permitted within the premises.
- Pets aren't allowed except for registered service animals.
- Large bags and suitcases can’t be brought in because of security reasons.
- Smoking is not tolerated inside the venue.

- The experience offers partial wheelchair accessibility, allowing access to all rooms but some activities may have restrictions.
- You'll find accessible restrooms and facilities designed for wheelchair users on-site.
Additional information
If your child is under 10 years old, they can join during Kids Time with at least one adult supervisor per child. Children aged between 10 to 13 are welcome anytime but must be accompanied by an adult supervisor for every group of children. The typical visit lasts about 90 minutes; however, you're free to stay longer as long as the venue is open. For your convenience, lockers are available on-site.
