If you're using the UAE resident pass, make sure to bring your Emirates ID as it's mandatory.
Rules and Restrictions
- Guests under 1.1m in height may find some rides restricted from their use.
- Inappropriate swimwear includes underwear, cotton clothes (especially long or flowing), transparent bathing suits, street clothing, shorts with protruding designs like rivets, long necklaces and chains, swimsuits with metal parts such as buttons or zippers, any item that could damage water slides, and regular diapers. For safety reasons, wearing glasses on rides is not allowed; however, lanyards are available for purchase at the venue.
- For everyone's health and safety, avoid swimming if you have diarrhea—this includes infants in diapers who should wear swim diapers instead of regular ones. These can be bought at retail outlets within the park, with changes needing to occur away from poolside using designated changing facilities.
The following items are prohibited: outside food or drinks, glass containers, intoxicants, queue jumping, running and diving into pools, and any devices featuring exposed needles or sharp points.
Accessibility Considerations
- If you're pregnant, have health conditions that limit physical activity, are under medical care, or exceed a ride's weight limits, please avoid using certain water rides.
This experience is not advised for guests with underlying medical issues, respiratory problems, or chronic diseases. Please assess your own abilities and limitations to ensure safe participation in all activities, keeping the pool depths in mind.
Additional Information
- You can bring a 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.
- All children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Children over 14 may enter alone but cannot supervise younger ones.
- The temperature in Breaker's Bay (wave pool) and Juha's Dhow & Lagoon is controlled throughout the year for guest comfort.
- Full-body swimsuits and long-sleeved rash vests are permitted on all rides. Remember to shower before using slides, as spitting into water bodies isn't allowed.
You can use your GoPro camera on most attractions except Jumeirah Sceira if it's attached with a strap.
