What’s Not Allowed
- In both Dreamworld & WhiteWater World, video or photographic devices like GoPros, digital cameras, mobile phones are prohibited on rides. Exceptions may be made for approved media filming.
- No smoking is permitted within the park premises.
- At SkyPoint, respect for residents of the Q1 Building must always be maintained; loud noises such as yelling or screaming are not allowed.
SkyPoint entry after 8pm on Friday and Saturday nights is restricted to guests aged over 18 due to its club theme.
Accessibility
- Dreamworld and SkyPoint are accessible by wheelchair and pram/stroller.
- A limited number of manual wheelchairs can be hired on a first-come, first-served basis at Dreamworld & WhiteWater World.
- Reserved parking is available for vehicles displaying a Disability Parking Permit.
- Guests with medical conditions or disabilities are advised to visit the Park Health Facility beforehand. Assistance will be provided in planning your day and ensuring safe attraction visits.
Guide, hearing, and assistance dogs can enter most park areas except some restricted wildlife and ride zones; ensure they wear their working vests.

- If you opt for a 2 or 3-day pass, each attraction visit is allowed on separate days within a 7-day window.
- WhiteWater World operates during warmer seasons and closes on ANZAC Day and Christmas. Operating hours are as follows: Dec 16–Dec 26 (Mon-Sun:10am–5pm), Dec 27-Dec 30 (Sat-Tue:9.30am-8pm), Dec 31 (9.30am-5pm), Jan 1-Jan 11(Mon-Sun:9.30am–6pm), and Jan 12-Jan 26 (Mon-Sun:10am-5pm).
- Dreamworld will also be closed on ANZAC Day and Christmas.
- Some attractions have specific age or height requirements, making them unsuitable for pregnant women. It’s recommended to check operating hours and ride maintenance schedules before visiting to avoid disappointment from unexpected closures.
- SkyPoint limits visitor numbers to prevent overcrowding; entry is on a first-come, first-served basis with no further entries once capacity is reached.
- Children aged 18 or below must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at SkyPoint.
The view from SkyPoint may occasionally be obstructed due to adverse weather conditions.
