To enhance your experience, remember to pack a swimsuit made of spandex material and a towel.

What's not allowed

• Please note that food & beverages are prohibited. Plan accordingly!
• Pets cannot accompany you due to venue restrictions.
• A strict dress code is enforced: No swimsuits or shorts with metal decorations, loose clothing, jewelry of any kind, cut-off jeans, and glasses on the water slides. Metal zips or drain holes in board shorts are also forbidden.

Production cameras and drones are not permitted within the venue premises.

Accessibility

• The experience is accessible to guests using wheelchairs and prams/strollers.
• Note that slide towers cannot be accessed by wheelchair users.
• This activity may not suit pregnant women or those with cardiac issues, back problems, chronic health conditions, or recent surgeries. Safety first!

If you require special accommodations for a disability, guest relations officers are available upon arrival to assist where possible.

• The venue offers parking facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and shower amenities.
• Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit.
• In Funtastic, children below six years old need to be supervised by an accompanying adult continuously.
• Splash Bands are required for payment within Waterbom. You'll receive a Splash Band upon entry and can add credits at the Top Up Counter near the entrance.
