What to bring

• Bring along your swimsuit (spandex material) and towel for the best experience.

What's not allowed

• Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Strict dress code: swimsuits or shorts with metal decorations including metal zips or drain holes on board shorts, loose clothing, jewelry of any kind, cut-off jeans, and glasses are not allowed on the water slides.

• Shutterbugs, take note: Production cameras and drones are a no-go inside the venue.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• The slide towers are not accessible by wheelchairs.

• Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with cardiac issues, back issues, chronic health conditions, and those who have undergone recent surgery.

• Require special accommodations for your disability? Rest assured you can contact guest relations officers on arrival and they'll try to assist you.

• Facilities: parking, free Wi-Fi, and shower.

• Children under the age of 11 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Children under the age of 6 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times in Funtastic.

• Splash Bands are the only accepted form of payment in Waterbom. You will receive a Splash Band upon entry, and you can top up credits onto the band at the Top Up Counter near the entrance.

• Strict height and weight restrictions apply for the slides to maintain guest safety according to International Standards.
