What’s not allowed

• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the park.
• Pets, except service animals in special cases, cannot be brought into the venue.
• Smoking is restricted to designated areas within the park only.
• Commercial photography and recording require prior approval from the management.
• Dress code should align with a family-friendly environment and respect UAE cultural norms.

Please check for height, age, or health restrictions on specific rides before queuing.

Accessibility

The venue is accessible by wheelchair and stroller; however, some rides may have limitations due to health conditions. Access more details in the accessibility guide here.

• The ticket includes a complimentary shuttle service to Yas Island, available on a first-come, first-served basis without prior reservations.

• Guests must present their Ferrari World E-tickets to board the bus for transportation.
• Amenities such as parking, locker rentals, restrooms, and prayer rooms are available on-site.
• Note that some rides or attractions might be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons during your visit.
• Children under 12 must always have an adult accompanying them within the park premises.
• You can exit and re-enter the park on the same day by getting a hand stamp at the gate upon leaving.
• The 2-day pass should be activated within 9 months of purchase, with visits to both parks required within 6 days after entering the first one.
• For a 1-day pass allowing access to two theme parks on Yas Island in a single day, you must visit both parks during that same day.

Multipark ticket holders will use face scan entry. Registration involves scanning your QR code, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting terms, and uploading a photo of your face. Each guest needs to register individually; it’s best done in advance to avoid delays at the entrance. Alternatively, you can do this via the Yas Island App or by visiting Guest Services with an ID like passport or Emirates ID. A tutorial video is available here.
