Items to Bring with You

Items You Can't Bring
Alcoholic drinks, illegal substances, and weapons are not allowed inside. Drones, remote-controlled devices, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, and similar items are also prohibited in the park area. Pets aren’t permitted except for service animals that have been officially registered. At the water park, swimwear with buckles, zippers, rivets, or sharp objects is not allowed. Additionally, jeans and wetsuits can't be worn on certain rides like Bay Slides, Humunga Kowabunga, Ketchakiddee Creek, and Storm Slides.
Accessibility Features
The entire park is wheelchair accessible with entrances and facilities designed for ease of movement. Accessible restrooms are available at multiple spots throughout the area. If you need a stroller, they can be rented from the entrance of the park.
Other Important Details
Everyone entering must go through security screening first. Children under 14 years old should have an adult who is at least 14 years old with them. For lost items, guest services, or any special assistance, visit the Guest Relations desk located in any of the parks. Free life jackets are available from self-serve racks around the water park area. Some rides may require guests to meet certain age and height requirements and could need adult supervision for safety.
