You’ll be able to explore both the indoor viewing galleries and the open-air Skydeck. A glass of champagne or a non-alcoholic drink is included with your ticket.

The journey begins at Level 68, where you can take in sweeping views of London’s skyline from an enclosed gallery. Moving up to Level 69 offers interactive digital telescopes for spotting key landmarks like Tower Bridge and the London Eye. At Level 72, you’ll step out onto the Skydeck for a full-circle view that spans over 310 meters above ground level. A drink is provided with your ticket—either champagne or something non-alcoholic—and more options are available if you’d like to buy extra.

What to Avoid Bringing Along
Outside food and drinks aren't permitted during this experience. Pets are not allowed due to venue restrictions. Large bags or backpacks exceeding 22 x 15 x 8 inches (55 x 38 x 20cm) in size, along with other bulky items, can’t be brought inside.
Accessibility Options
The attraction is accessible for wheelchair users and those traveling with prams or strollers. Guide dogs are also welcome at the venue.
Important Details to Note
Children under 16 must travel with an adult who’s over 18 years old. For younger visitors, a non-alcoholic drink will be provided instead of alcohol. You may need to go through x-ray security checks upon arrival. Before visiting, it's best to check the official website for updated timings.If visibility is significantly reduced due to hazy weather during your visit, you’ll receive a free return voucher that’s valid for 3 months. Planned maintenance will take place at The View from The Shard between January and March 2026. Essential improvements are scheduled during this time, which may lead to temporary closures in certain areas on specific dates. From Jan 5 to Feb 16, there won’t be step-free access between Levels 68 and 69. This could affect guests with mobility challenges as alternative routes might not be available at those times. Some sections of the viewing platforms may also have partial closures during this period.
