Activating Your Card

• Your card must be activated within six months from the date of purchase.
• The validity period is either 24/48/72 hours or a full week starting from your first use, depending on which option you select during booking.
• Upon purchasing your Vienna City Card, an order confirmation will provide an 8-digit activation code. Activate the pass by entering this code into the ivie app.

Validity Details:

• The duration-specific tickets (24/48/72 hours) are valid for the period you selected at booking time.
• A seven-day ticket is applicable to the calendar days chosen during your purchase process.
• If opting for The Discounts Only card, it remains valid for a continuous span of 7 calendar days from your initial date selection.
