- No alcohol, food & beverages, sharp metallic tools or objects are permitted. Large bags, suitcases, and loose items are also prohibited during the experience.
- Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot join you on this adventure.
The experience is not suitable for guests under a height of 1.2m (3.94ft), below the age of 8 years, over the weight limit of 130kg (286.60lb), with a waist measurement exceeding 125cm or an upper thigh size above 75cm.
- The experience is not accessible to wheelchair users.
- Participants who are pregnant cannot take part in this activity.
Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.
- Climbers aged between 8-17 must be accompanied by adults, with a requirement of one adult for every five children according to experience guidelines.
For safety reasons, all participants need to attend a pre-climb briefing and wear the provided safety gear.
