Dress for Comfort and Convenience
Make sure you wear breathable clothing such as t-shirts, shorts or lightweight pants along with comfortable walking shoes. A poncho can be handy if you plan on riding any water attractions—trust us, it’ll come in useful later.
Accessibility Options Available
Strollers aren't permitted inside most ride queues, but each attraction has a specific area for stroller parking near the entrance. Service animals are welcome to accompany guests throughout the park. Ride boarding policies vary by attraction and include options for those using mobility devices. If you're able to transfer into a seat independently or with help from someone in your group, you can ride. Ticket Details and Restrictions
Your ticket can be used on two separate days within a five-day window starting from the date you choose. Keep in mind that it becomes invalid after this period, and any unused days won’t roll over to another time. This pass is not transferable, and only the person who initially scans their fingerprint will be able to use it both days. Lockers are available for purchase at the parks on a first-come basis. Guests under 14 must always be accompanied by someone aged 14 or older who also meets ride requirements.
