To begin your adventure at Universal Studios Orlando or Universal Islands of Adventure, head to the main entrance on your chosen day. Present both a valid photo ID and ticket for entry; you’ll need a biometric scan as part of this process. After passing through security quickly, feel free to explore each park leisurely. On the second day, simply use your biometric data again when entering Universal Epic Universe.

In most attraction queues, strollers aren’t permitted; however, you'll find designated parking areas at each ride entrance. Trained service animals can accompany guests throughout the park. Each attraction has specific boarding requirements and mobility accommodations—guests with mobility devices may need to transfer into ride seats independently or receive assistance from someone in their group.
Additional information
This ticket is valid for five consecutive calendar days starting on your chosen date, expiring fully by the printed expiration date. It grants one guest admission to either Universal Studios Florida with Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios Florida with Epic Universe, or Islands of Adventure with Epic Universe.
Lockers are available throughout the parks and can be rented based on availability. Guests under 14 must be accompanied by someone aged at least 14 who meets all ride requirements. Note that this ticket does not include a Park-to-Park option; therefore, The Hogwarts™ Express is not valid.
