• The ticket and pass will be sent out within 2 hours of booking.

• They are only valid for the date selected and printed on the ticket.

• The park entry ticket is not valid for the Hogwarts™ Express, and the Express Pass is not valid for Pteranodon Flyers and Raptor Encounter (subject to change).

• Entry is free for children 2 years and younger.

• Height restrictions apply for rides, as mentioned at the park entrance.

• Guests under 14 are recommended to have a supervising companion (14 and above) who also meets the specific ride's height restrictions.
