Things to note in the Observatory:• There is no luggage storage in the observatory. If needed, please use the coin-operated lockers at the following three locations.
- Behind the Garden 5 ATM corner, 1F: Large locker JPY 700 / Medium locker JPY 500 / Small locker JPY 300 (7:00-24:00. ※ 7:00-21:00 on the second Saturday of every month)
- Waterfall Trail, B1: Large locker JPY 700 / Medium locker JPY 400 / Small locker JPY 300 (7:30-23:00)
- B2 parking lot: Large locker JPY 400 / Small locker JPY 200 (Only on the day)• Nursing rooms are located on the 39th and 40th floors (inside the observation deck).• Smoking is prohibited in Kuchu Teien Observatory.• Visitors using wheelchairs please use the elevator on the 1st floor of the Tower East to reach the 39th floor.• For customers using strollers: The transparent escalator is very narrow and has a steep slope. If your stroller is difficult to fold up, please use the elevator on the 1st floor of Tower East to go to the 39th floor.

• When taking the metro, you only need to scan your QR code at the QR code supported ticket gate to enter and exit the station.• When riding a bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when getting off.• Please show the QR code on your ticket to the staff at the partner facilities. If you are unable to show the QR code due to system errors, etc., you will not be able to receive the discount.• Please note that if the facility is closed or the QR code page cannot be displayed, you may not be able to receive the discount. ※ To prevent others from using the ticket illegally, when you open the e-ticket again in an environment different from the one in which you first opened the e-ticket, the system will ask you to use the OTP dynamic password for verification. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
