• After booking your pass, you will receive an email with the pass and all essential information.

• Scan the QR code mentioned on the pass at the attractions.

• If you haven't received an email, please check your spam or junk folder in your email inbox.

• The passes will be activated from the date of first use and will stop working once the chosen duration has passed.

Know before you go

Additional information

• Bring a charged smartphone to display your digital pass and reservations.

• Keep a valid ID handy as some attractions may request verification.

• Some attractions require advance reservations, follow app instructions.

• If you’ve chosen the optional St. Mark’s Basilica entry, your visit is scheduled for 10:30am on the first day of your city pass. The meeting point is mentioned in your digital pass.

• Public transport validity matches your pass duration (1–7 days).

• The attractions list may change; the app always shows the latest version.

• Children aged 6 to 12 years & teens aged 13 to 17 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• While the pass offers a complete list of all attractions and tours and their opening hours, it is still advised to check the standard operating hours of each attraction or tour for exact information.

• Please note that security checks at attraction entrances are mandatory.

• You can visit each attraction only once during the validity period.

• The pass is available in English, German, Italian, Spanish, and French.
