• The Dubai Turbopass City Pass is customized for your exploration needs and is available in options ranging from 1 to 7 days.

• A ‘day’ refers to a calendar day, starting from 12am in the morning to midnight of the same day.

• Your pass activates the instant you use it at the first attraction or tour and remains valid for the following days you've chosen.

• Please note that each attraction can be accessed once without additional fees.

• Additionally, it’s recommended to carry a valid photo ID like an identity card, passport, or driver's license for verification purposes.

• Please note: Some attractions conduct security checks which are mandatory, even with this Pass. On such occasions, due to directives from public authorities, these checks may be lengthier, and all visitors are expected to respect them.

• Should your plans change, your pass is cancellable up to 24 hours before the first day of validity.
