What to Expect
The Tower of London offers two tour options: an early-morning visit for a quieter experience with special access to the Jewel House, allowing you to see the Crown Jewels before public entry. Alternatively, opt for the afternoon tour where your guide and a Beefeater will provide engaging insights into the Tower’s long history and daily rituals.

What’s not allowed
- No photography is permitted in the Jewel House or Chapel of St. John, although it's allowed elsewhere.
- Luggage, large bags, tripods, selfie sticks, and other photographic or recording equipment are prohibited during this experience.
Smoking, eating, and drinking inside the venue are not permitted.
Accessibility
- The tour is partially accessible for wheelchair users and pram/stroller riders.
- You can obtain a complimentary ticket for an adult carer/companion on your visit day by showing proof of eligibility at the Ticket Office (e.g., Blue Badge, Freedom Pass).
Guide dogs are welcome to accompany you during this experience.

- The Crown Jewels display may change without prior notice due to security reasons as they form a working collection.
- Your ticket grants one entry only; re-entry is not allowed.
- Certain Beefeater meet and greets occur outside the King’s House, which is normally restricted from public access.
- Early-morning tours start at either 8:15am or 8:30am depending on your tour provider; please verify this in your booking voucher to avoid arriving too early or late.
- The afternoon experience runs only on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
