- Note that the Green Route won't operate between 11:16am to 3:20pm from September 22 to October 26, 2025.
To visit Buckingham Palace, get off at stop #19 on the Blue route and head left onto Spur Road.
Ticket Usage Details
- Your tickets are valid for use any day before your tour date. However, they can't be redeemed once the first travel day has passed.
Post-booking communications will provide specifics about add-ons like walking tours, evening excursions, and cruises included in your ticket.
Tour Schedules for Special Experiences
- The non-stop evening tour does not offer hop-on/hop-off service. Check the schedule below:
- Cruise from Tower Pier: First boat departs at 10am, last one leaves at 6:55pm; boats every 40 minutes for a 30-minute journey to Westminster Pier.
- Cruise from Westminster Pier: Boats start at 10am and the final departure is at 7:20pm; they run every 40 minutes on a 30-minute trip to Tower Pier or London Eye.
Night tour schedule: A 90-min journey begins at various times depending on the month (5:30 pm in January, February & November, 6:00 pm in March, etc.) from 1-5 Coventry Street. This runs Friday through Sunday starting in March and daily during school holidays.
