The VR e-Sports activity excludes children under 7 years old; those aged between 7 and 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. While pets generally cannot enter Joypolis, guide dogs are allowed inside the park.
Wheelchairs can be rented on-site to enhance accessibility for visitors with mobility needs. Be aware that height restrictions will be strictly enforced across all rides and activities within the venue. Children aged 0-6 and adults over 60 enjoy free admission; however, children under 7 years old are also admitted without charge unless they exceed a height of 110cm (3.6ft), in which case tickets must be purchased.
Storage facilities are available at Joypolis for visitor convenience—contact the on-site staff to inquire about rates. Re-entry is allowed, but ensure you show your ticket, wristband, or stamp when returning through the entrance gates.
