What to bring

• Bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks for enjoyment in designated garden areas or on benches.

If downloading ride photos directly to your phone interests you, ensure the Tivoli app is ready and logged into before starting any rides.

What’s not allowed

• Pets are restricted from entry due to venue rules.
• The Gardens prohibit large bags, suitcases, bicycles, mopeds, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, alcoholic beverages, drugs, and any form of intoxication.
• Smoking and e-cigarettes are permitted only in designated smoking zones.
• Bare feet or bare upper bodies are not allowed; appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times.
• Littering, vandalism, aggressive, or disruptive behavior is strictly forbidden.
• Erecting placards, distributing brochures, engaging in political propaganda, and picking flowers or plants are prohibited.

Food and drinks cannot accompany you onto the rides.

Accessibility

• Tivoli Gardens is accessible to wheelchair users; both electric and manual wheelchairs can be brought into the park.
• The venue offers accessible restrooms throughout its grounds.
• Baby changing facilities are conveniently located at several restroom areas within the Gardens.

Guide dogs are permitted on-site for visitors who require them.

Additional information

• Your ticket allows entry for one person per visit on your chosen date only.
• Children under 3 years old can enter free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult (one adult may accompany up to four children; additional kids require tickets).
• Babies younger than 1 year are permitted to try rides without needing a Ride Pass, provided they're with an adult over 14 and meet ride safety requirements.
• Each ride has specific age, height, and health restrictions—consult the guidelines for each attraction and follow staff instructions carefully.
• Ride Passes exclude access to certain seasonal attractions as well as Haunted House and Villa Vendetta during Halloween events.
• Tickets are scanned upon entry; Ride Pass holders must scan their ticket at a self-service machine inside Tivoli Gardens.
• Entry prices on Fridays with Friday Rock events vary based on time of arrival (before or after 6pm), and access may be limited if the park reaches full capacity.
• If you need to leave and re-enter, exit through the Tivoli Food Hall for a re-entry stamp. Note that re-entry might not be possible during large-scale events.

Facilities available include cloakrooms, luggage lockers, restrooms, first-aid stations, and lost-and-found services.
