A quick stop at the baby animal nursery lets you kickstart your day in the most adorable way. As your day unwinds, you'll get the chance to cuddle with a koala and hand-feed the kangaroos, a unique and immersive experience that not many places offer. Did you know, that despite their cuddly appearance, koalas have sharp teeth and claws for feeding and climbing?
Live Shows and Traditional Aussie Experiences
Post lunch, experience the thrill of live shows that provide a glimpse into authentic Aussie traditions. Watch in awe as the skilled stockmen, along with their dogs, round up a flock of sheep. Feel the adrenaline rush as you hear the crack of a stockman’s whip and see their trusty stock horses in action. You also get to learn and practice how to throw a boomerang, an indigenous Australian weapon known for its ability to return to the thrower.
Do not miss the cheeky Meerkats, the newest members of the Paradise Country animal family. Interestingly, Meerkats, despite being small, are excellent hunters and live in large groups called clans.
