Tickets to Khao Kheow Open Zoo

Visit Thailand's first zoo, home to more than 8,000 animals spread over 300 species from all over the globe! The animals at this unique open zoo live in uncaged, open enclosures, which provides them with plenty of space and humane living conditions. The three key goals of the zoo are conservation, research, and education, and with these goals in mind, the Khao Khew provides a humane environment where visitors and children can learn more about the wildlife that reside here.

Explore the Savanna with zebras and giraffes, see the lions and tigers at the Cats Complex, and wander through the aviary and deer park. You can also join in at the animal feeding sessions, watch a penguin parade, see the nocturnal wildlife in the zoo after dark, as well as ride an elephant! • This activity is valid only for non-Thai passport holders

• Do not bring pets of any kind into the zoo, unless there are special circumstances. Make sure to notify authorities before, if necessary.

• Smoking and drinking inside the zoo premises is prohibited.

• Daily: 8am to 5pm (Last entry at 3pm)

Elephant Show

• Mon to Fri: 11am & 2:30pm

• Sat, Sun, & public holidays: 11am, 12:30pm & 1:20pm

Penguin Parade

• Mon to Fri: 10am & 2pm

• Sat, Sun & public holidays: 10am, 2pm & 3:30pm

Flying Parade

• Daily: 10:30am & 2:30pm

Feeding Show

• Daily: 11:30am, 1pm & 3pm
