- Masks are required throughout the park's facilities. If you don't have one, they can be purchased at ticket offices within the park.
- To ensure social distancing among visitors, daily capacity will be limited. In queues, adhere to ground markings placed 1.5m apart.
- Hydrogel is mandatory in various areas of the park, with dispensers available for your use.
- In restaurant zones, wait until staff assign you a table.
- A designated seat will be assigned by staff at the Cinema, Simulator, Theater, and 'T-Rex Show'.
- During visits, some park areas may temporarily close for cleaning purposes.
- The area known as 'La Paleosenda', specifically 'La Sima Misteriosa,' is closed to visitors.
- To avoid the use of shared glasses, 3D Cinema shows will be projected in 2D format.
- 'Terra Colossus' Simulator projections are also shown in 2D for similar reasons as above.
Touch screens at Dinópolis and other venues have been deactivated.

- No re-entry to the park is allowed once you leave it.
- Food or drink cannot be brought into the park for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Sauriopark and Simulator have height restrictions on some facilities.
- The schedules of attractions and shows may change without prior notice.
- Closures, either total or partial, due to weather or technical issues do not entitle ticket refunds.
- Dinópolis is not liable for lost items within its premises.
- No locker operations can be conducted after they close.
- Photography at theater shows and the T-Rex is prohibited. Photos from other facilities cannot be used commercially.
- Animals are generally not permitted, with exceptions made for guide dogs only.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes to enhance your experience.
