- The elevator is not operational currently. Stairs and front steps are necessary for accessing different levels within the castle.
- Note that free entry applies to individuals under 18 (excluding families and school groups), EU nationals aged 18-25, non-EU residents in France with regular status, disabled visitors plus one adult companion, jobseekers holding a certificate less than six months old, and Education Pass holders.
Free admission is available on European Heritage Days during the third weekend of September and every first Sunday from November to March.
- Large bags, suitcases, food and beverages, as well as flash photography are prohibited.
- The experience requires guests aged 16 or under to be accompanied by an adult guardian.
Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not permitted anywhere on the estate grounds.
