Please arrive at the reception on time for the start time selected at the time of purchase. Date and time cannot be changed for any reason.
—Regarding registration and boarding procedures—• Please specify your desired boarding date, time, and number of tickets from the sales calendar and purchase your tickets.• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled boarding time at the Chidorigafuchi Boat Pier entrance, with all passengers present, at the "Advance Purchaser Only Boarding Reception." Please note that this is not the same-day ticket entrance.
*Chidorigafuchi Greenway will be crowded with cherry blossom viewers, so please allow ample time for your visit.
*If you are late for your designated time, you may be refused boarding.
*We cannot accommodate late arrivals of passengers.• Please present your smartphone displaying the QR code or a pre-printed copy of the document.
*The QR code can be viewed in the email you receive after completing your purchase, or from your My Page.* If you have multiple tickets, distributing the QR codes before entry will ensure a smoother entry process (one QR code is required per boat).• The boat ride will last one hour. Please be punctual.
*Re-boarding and re-entry to the pier are not permitted. -Notes-• Depending on the congestion, it may take about 20 minutes before you can board the ship.• Changing seats or standing up while on board is prohibited. Passengers are responsible for managing their own belongings during the cruise. We cannot store your luggage.• Drinking alcohol and eating are not permitted on board. Please refrain from bringing alcohol onto the boat. Boarding may be refused if you are already intoxicated.• Photography using tripods or other photographic aids is prohibited within the boating area. Drone photography is strictly prohibited. Photography is also not permitted on the pier.• The boating area has many steps and is not wheelchair accessible.• Due to our inability to provide assistance, we regretfully must refuse boarding to anyone requiring assistance.• If you are traveling with a pet, please keep them in a box-shaped cage and do not let them out of the cage while on board. (Cloth bags and slings are not permitted.) Also, pets will be counted as one person.• We may suspend operations in case of rain, stormy weather, strong winds, or significant fluctuations in water levels.• There is no parking available at the boating area. (Please use public transportation.) —Regarding boarding times, changes, and refunds—• We will only issue a full refund of your fee if the boat rental facility is closed due to rain, strong winds, or other similar reasons.• If you are unable to board the ship due to your own circumstances, the fare will not be refunded.• Please note that we are unable to accommodate changes to the date and time.• The maximum boarding time is one hour. This cannot be exceeded. Furthermore, the ticket cannot be rescheduled to a date or time other than that indicated on the ticket. —Regarding boat types and passenger capacity—• Only rowboats are available for use. You cannot change the type of boat.• Each ticket allows a maximum of 3 people to board.
• The boat has a capacity of 3 people. Babies riding in carriers or slings are also counted as one person, so please be sure to adhere to the capacity limit.
