This is an all-weather activity and will run even in rainy conditions unless safety concerns arise. If the rain makes operating unsafe, Thunder Jet may cancel services temporarily or move your booking to another date or time.
Eligibility Requirements
The experience isn’t suitable for guests under 120 cm in height.
Pregnant individuals and those with back, neck, heart conditions, or other pre-existing medical issues are not eligible to participate.
Rider Responsibility and Policies
All riders must sign a risk assumption form before boarding. If you’re under 18 years old, an adult over the age of 18 will need to sign on your behalf. Thunder Jet also reserves the right to deny service if someone appears to be affected by alcohol or drugs — and no refunds are offered in such cases.
