• Access to the spa requires a separate ticket, which will be provided when boarding the bus from your pick-up location.

• The experience includes 4.5 hours of access to The Galaxy and The Palm zones only.

• Children under 14 are not allowed in the Palm and Elysium zones and may only access the Galaxy Zone.

• The transfer service operates as an express shuttle, with pickups from fixed points only.

• At the end of your visit, the driver will wait in the parking lot to return you to your original pick-up point.

• You may request stops at Otopeni Airport, Baneasa Feeria Mall, or along the route without deviating.

• If you only need tickets and not the transfer service, inform in advance to ensure the correct tickets are issued.

• Access to the Elysium zone requires an additional fee (approx. €7 per person for 4.5 hours, payable on site).

• Exceeding the allotted time inside Therme București may incur additional charges (approx. €2 per hour, payable at exit).

• Massage and facial therapies, towels, slippers, and food and drinks are not included but can be purchased or rented on site.
