Pass under the intricate Alexandre III bridge connecting Champs-Élysées to the Invalides monumental complex and Eiffel. Did you know the Eiffel Tower, where the cruise stops for its glittering light show, was almost dismantled and sold as scrap? Luckily, its use as a radio transmission tower saved it, and today it's one of the world's most visited monuments.
