Getting started

When you arrive at MoMA, have your ticket (printed or mobile) ready to scan at the entrance. Once you pass through security, you can head straight inside and begin exploring the museum at your own pace. If you’d like to use the free audio guide, stop by the distribution point after entry or access it directly on your phone with your own headphones. From here, you’re free to make your way through the galleries and start discovering the artworks that interest you most.

• Keep in mind that food & beverages are not allowed on this experience.

• Scooters, skateboards, rolling bags, and all items over 11×17×5 inches are not permitted inside the museum.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair accessible.

• Wheelchairs are also available at the MoMA entrance, free of cost, on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Service animals are allowed inside MoMA.

Additional information

• Facilities: cloakroom. Bags larger than 11x17x5 inches must be checked in at the cloakroom.

• Carry headphones or earphones with you to listen to the audio guides on your visit.

• All bags will undergo security checks.

• Entry is free for ages 16 and under.

• Grab a bite at the museum, as there are a few restaurants at the venue.
