[Important Announcement]The performance venue will change starting with the November 5th show.The show will be moved from the original Seoul Forest Theater Hall 2 to Seoul Forest Theater Hall 1.The changed venue is located right next to the original theater. Please look for the on-site guide banners for reference. 1. Ticket Collection Information• You can pick up your ticket 1 hour prior to the performance• Please be sure to bring your reservation details and a valid ID of the person who made the reservation when picking up your ticket. Cancellations, refunds, and changes to reserved tickets are not possible after the cancellation deadline. (Your ID must clearly show your photo, name, resident registration number, and issuing authority.) • Cancellations, refunds, and changes are not possible on the day of the performance. If you fail to bring the required documentation for your discount, you must pay the discounted amount difference (the discounted amount compared to the full price). It is not possible to change the type of discount at the venue due to missing documentation.• Please note that tickets cannot be reissued if they are lost or damaged.• On-site sales will be conducted only for the remaining seats on the day of the performance, and no separate notice will be given regarding on-site sales.• The casting schedule is subject to change without prior notice, depending on the circumstances of the actors and the production company. 2. Show Viewing Information• This show is only for women. Men are not allowed to enter.• The running time of this performance is 75 minutes without intermission.• You can enter the lobby 30 minutes before the start of the performance. The audience can enter the venue 30 minutes before the start of the show.• Late entry is permitted only once, 10 minutes after the performance begins, and you will be seated in a designated late-seating section, not your originally reserved seats. Refunds or seat changes due to this policy are not possible.• Videos, photography, and recording of any of the performances, including curtain calls, are strictly prohibited. If caught, it may lead to file deletion and expulsion from the venue, and refunds will not be granted. • Taking photos and recording performances are illegal acts that infringe upon copyright laws. If discovered, this may result in the deletion of files and immediate removal from the venue. In such cases, the ticket purchase price will not be refunded. We kindly ask for your voluntary cooperation.• All food and beverages are prohibited, except bottled water with a lid.• Please refrain from excessive touching or contact with the actors during the performance.• Restroom breaks will not be allowed during the performance, so please go to the restroom before the start of the performance. Re-entry is not permitted if you leave during the performance.• Please leave your belongings at the lobby locker during the performance. However, we are not responsible for the loss of your belongings.• Changing seats during the performance is prohibited. 3. Information on Illegal Ticket Trading• Tickets for this performance can only be purchased at the official ticketing office, as tickets are not sold through any other route.• Any damages caused by unofficial ticket transactions, other than the official ticketing agency, are the responsibility of the individual. The production agency and ticketing agency are not responsible for any damages related to this.
