⚠️Ticket Pickup Guide• Tickets can be picked up starting one hour before the performance.• When picking up your ticket, you must provide the reservation details and your ID. After the cancellation deadline, cancellation, refund, and changes to your reservation ticket are not possible. (ID must include a photo, name, resident registration number, and issuing agency.)• Cancellation, refund, and change are not possible on the day of the performance. If you do not have proof of discount, you will have to pay the discounted amount compared to the regular price. If you do not have proof of discount, you cannot change the discount type on-site.• Please note that tickets cannot be reissued if lost or damaged.• On-site sales will be conducted only for remaining seats on the day of the performance, and no separate notice will be given regarding on-site sales.• The casting schedule may change without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the actors and production company. ⚠️ Performance viewing information• This performance is for women only, so men are not permitted to enter.• The running time of this performance is 75 minutes without intermission.• Lobby entry is available 30 minutes before the performance, and audience seating is available 30 minutes before the performance starts.• Late entry is only allowed once, 10 minutes after the start of the performance, and you will be guided to the delayed entry seat, not the reserved seat. No refunds or seat changes are possible due to this.• Any unauthorized video, photography, or recording of the performance, including curtain calls, is prohibited. If discovered, the file may be deleted and you may be asked to leave the venue, and no refunds will be issued.• Filming and recording are illegal acts that infringe on copyrights under relevant laws. If discovered, the file may be deleted and you may be asked to leave the venue. In this case, the ticket purchase price will not be refunded. We ask for your voluntary cooperation.• All food and drinks except bottled water with lids are prohibited inside the performance venue.• Please refrain from excessive touching or contact with the actors during the performance.• Please note that restroom use is not permitted during the performance, so please use the restroom before the performance.
