Flying is prohibited if you're under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Accessibility
- The experience accommodates wheelchairs and baby strollers. Contact a Ground Crew member for assistance with loading/unloading the gondola.
- A braking/locking system is required on wheelchairs/strollers to prevent movement during flight, which will be checked by ground crew before boarding.
- Extra wheelchairs are available at the site if needed for your flight duration.
- The activity isn't suitable for pregnant women beyond 3 months, individuals with heart issues, serious knee or back pain, recent major surgery (within six months), or those who fear heights.
All passengers must sign a health declaration at the venue confirming they don’t have any of these conditions.

- Please check weather forecasts before your visit. While tickets are non-refundable, rescheduling is possible if flying isn't feasible due to poor weather.
