  • For the hot air balloon ride with transportation, meet at Citibanamex, Ángel de la Independencia, Mexico City, at 5am. Here, you will board a shared transfer to the balloon port.

  • For the full experience, including a guided tour of Teotihuacán and the Basilica of Guadalupe, the meeting point remains the same at Citibanamex, with transportation provided throughout the day.

Upon arrival at the balloon port, you will check in and be assigned to your balloon. A briefing will cover safety instructions, the boarding process, and what to expect during the flight.
