Your day begins early, and your meeting point depends on the option you’ve selected:

For the hot air balloon ride without transportation, you must arrive at Aerodiverti Teotihuacan Balloon Port (55850 San Martín de las Pirámides, Méx., México) at either 6am or 7:30am, depending on your booking. It is important to arrive on time to allow for check-in and pre-flight safety procedures.

For the hot air balloon ride with transportation, meet at Citibanamex, Ángel de la Independencia, Mexico City, at 5am. Here, you will board a shared transfer to the balloon port.

For the full experience, including a guided tour of Teotihuacán and the Basilica of Guadalupe, the meeting point remains the same at Citibanamex, with transportation provided throughout the day.
Upon arrival at the balloon port, you will check in and be assigned to your balloon. A briefing will cover safety instructions, the boarding process, and what to expect during the flight. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a light coffee or tea while the balloons are prepared for departure.
