What to bring

Wearing pants is advisable as skirts and wide-legged clothing may cause reflections on mirrored floors. Since clothes can get wet, consider bringing a change of attire or opting for quick-dry garments, particularly for children.

What’s not allowed

Inside the exhibition, large bags, food and beverages, along with sharp objects are prohibited. Eating, drinking, and smoking within the venue is strictly forbidden. Pets, including guide dogs, cannot be brought inside. Once you exit the venue, re-entry will not be permitted.

Accessibility

Strollers must be left in designated areas before entering; however, baby carriers are allowed inside. Visitors using wheelchairs should transfer to available standard model wheelchairs at the venue, noting that these are limited and lack fastening devices. The experience is advised against for those with light sensitivity, back issues, or cardiac conditions. Pregnant women may find some areas inaccessible.

Additional information

In certain sections of the exhibition, you will need to remove your shoes as going barefoot is required. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. During peak periods, guests who linger excessively might be asked to leave. The venue offers complimentary lockers for small items and includes free weekday parking valid for one hour. Upon entry, please head directly to the information desk with your voucher ready to present.
