What to Bring

• Your smartphone with internet access is essential for accessing your digital voucher (no screenshots or prints are allowed).
• You will need to remove shoes, socks, and stockings upon entry.
• Apart from some artworks that involve walking in water up to knee height, dress appropriately. Free flat footwear can be provided if you're wearing sandals or high heels.
• It's advisable for small children to have a change of clothes, or wear clothing suitable for getting wet.

Please note: Wet garments are not permitted in the next exhibit; however, towels will be available upon request.

What’s Not Allowed

• No re-entry is allowed once you leave the museum premises.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
• Dangerous or inappropriate items may be restricted by staff at their discretion.
• Commercial photography and media reporting require prior permission.
• Pets, including assistance animals, are not permitted within the museum.
• If you're under the influence of alcohol/drugs or exhibit disruptive behavior, entry can be denied without a refund.
• Due to dark corridors, water features, and uneven floors, large luggage is prohibited inside.
• Pregnant visitors should avoid certain areas for safety reasons.
• The chlorine concentration in the water-based artworks has been deemed safe.
• Brightly lit or very dim areas are present; please exercise caution while navigating them.

Children must be held by hand at all times during your visit.

Accessibility

• If you use a wheelchair, museum-provided wheelchairs will need to be used for certain areas (availability is limited).
• Canes and prosthetic limbs are permitted; staff can assist with navigating accessible routes.
• Visitors who have disabilities or small children may request alternate paths to bypass specific artworks.
• Baby carriers are allowed within the exhibition space.
• A diaper-changing station is available, along with a first-aid room for nursing/rest. Please ask staff for access details.
• Free lockers (W23cm × D34cm × H37cm) can be found just after entering through the gate.

We recommend avoiding visits if you're pregnant or have health conditions like seizures, shortness of breath, or sensitivities to darkness, bright lights, confined spaces, or heights.

Additional Information

• Presentation of your voucher at the information desk is required for entry; this ticket allows you to bypass the entrance line but not individual exhibit queues inside.
• Entry is permitted only between opening time and one hour before closing, which marks the last admission.
• The teamLab Planets Skip-the-Line Tickets [Premium Pass] are specific to Toyosu; they do not apply for visits to teamLab Borderless or other locations.
• Group bookings require all guests in a single booking to enter together, separate entries aren't allowed.
• During peak hours, the staff may request you limit your time inside due to high visitor numbers.
• Note that some artworks might be temporarily unavailable because of weather conditions or maintenance work.
• To exchange your voucher for a subway ticket at any major Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway station, use the designated machines. The QR code on your voucher must be scanned during this process.

Exchanging tickets is possible at some Tokyo Metro stations but not others (e.g., Kitasenju [Hibiya Line], Nakameguro, etc.).
