What to bring

- Your booking confirmation or ticket should be either printed or digital. It's best to book online in advance.
- Wear practical clothing and supportive shoes; high heels are not allowed. Consider clothes that can be folded up to your knees for water exhibits, or bring a change of attire if you have children with you.
- A camera or phone is recommended since photography and short videos are permitted for personal use only (no flash, tripods, selfie sticks, or commercial equipment).
Bring a water bottle as staying hydrated during visits that may last several hours is advisable.

- No guests under 18 are permitted during Art Undistracted (Monday through Thursday, 6pm–10pm).

- A café is available on-site; guests can only consume food and drinks purchased inside the venue.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Nursing rooms and changing facilities are provided for children, but strollers should remain in cars.
- Kids can enter until Monday to Thursday's last entry time of 4:30pm; after this time, they will not be allowed inside.
- Open-dated tickets allow visits on any day. Guests must select a visit date and timeslot via the booking link sent post-purchase based on availability—walk-ins are not permitted.
- No additional reservation is needed for fixed-dated & timed tickets; your selected date and time are already confirmed at booking.
- During Ramadan (17 Feb 2026 – 18 Mar 2026), operating hours will be:
- teamLab Phenomena: 10am – 11pm (Last entry: 9pm)
- Anko Café: 2pm- 1am (Last order: 12:30am)
- Lamp Tea House: Last order at 10:45pm
Note: Art Undistracted Night will pause during Ramadan and Eid.
