- Loud conversations and disruptive behaviour must be avoided since a quiet atmosphere is essential for the ceremony.
If you arrive late beyond your scheduled session time, entry may be denied.

A chair can be provided if sitting on tatami mats isn't possible; please let the instructor know in advance if needed.
Additional information
This tea ceremony is conducted with other participants. During peak times, up to approximately 13 guests may attend a session. It's crucial for maintaining focus that the atmosphere remains calm and quiet throughout. If small children become disruptive during the ceremony, you might be asked to step outside temporarily. Guests choosing the kimono option should arrive at least 20 minutes early for dressing purposes.
- For young guests under 7–8 years old selecting the kimono option, a yukata will be provided instead of a kimono.
A minimum booking of two guests is required if you opt for the kimono experience.
