• The Taronga Zoo wharf is wheelchair accessible.

• The zoo is 90% accessible via ramps and lifts; free wheelchairs are available (pre-book recommended).

• This is a cashless venue; please bring a card or a digital payment method.

• Guests holding Taronga Zoo Express tickets may access the zoo via the Lower Zoo Entrance just a short walk from the wharf. Guests with ferry only tickets are required to enter via the Main Entrance at the top of the hill. Access is via a public bus (at own expense).

• There are up to 10 departures daily starting from 9am, with return rocket ferry services from Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Manly, or Watsons Bay.”
