- Animals, ball, balloon, bicycle, scooter, skateboard, roller blades, audio equipment, musical instrument, alcohol or illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue.
Accessibility
- This experience is wheelchair and pram/ stroller accessible. Wheelchairs and prams are available for hire at the zoo.
- Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. Ensure you give 48 hours notice prior to your visit to ensure the best welcome for your dog and complete a short online form with accreditation and vaccination records to help the venue staff prepare.
