Getting started

Arrive at the Wilton dropzone, check in at the front desk, and receive a briefing on safety procedures and gear fitting from your tandem instructor before boarding the aircraft.

What to expect

• The climb: Start with a 20-minute flight to 15,000 feet, taking in panoramic views of the Blue Mountains and coastline. Enjoy a calm ascent before your freefall.
• The jump: Leap out of the plane with your instructor and freefall for 60 seconds at speeds up to 200 km/h.
• The descent: Once the parachute deploys, enjoy a peaceful 5–7 minute glide while soaking in the views. Feeling brave? Ask your instructor to try steering the parachute yourself.
• The touchdown: After landing, receive your skydiving certificate as a reminder of your 15,000-foot leap.

Know before you go

What to bring

• Wear closed shoes like trainers or running shoes to protect your feet from bumps or brushes against the airplane or ground.
• Avoid eating too much before your skydiving experience.

What’s not allowed

• This experience is restricted for guests under the age of 16 years and over the weight of 115kg.

Accessibility

• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women and guests with epilepsy or cardiac issues.

• The meeting point is at Basket Brothers in 75 Wentworth Avenue, roughly 8 minutes away from Sydney CBD.
• Guests under 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian.
• While the weight limit is 115kg, extra charges will apply for guests over 95kg. Guests between 95 – 99kg = +AUD $25, 100 – 109kg = +AUD $50, and 110 – 115kg = +AUD $100.
• You can add skydiving photos and videos to your package at an extra cost.
• Guests with spectacles or contact lenses will be provided with big goggles.
