• Your mobile ticket with QR code or a printed copy for scanning at the cable car boarding station.

• A valid photo ID may be required for verification.

What’s not allowed

• Receipts or payment confirmation cannot be used for entry—only a valid QR code ticket will be accepted.

Accessibility

• Guests aged 2 years and above or taller than 80 cm require a full-price ticket to ride the cable car.

• Each cable car cabin can accommodate up to 4 guests.

• This ticket is valid for a one-time cable car ride only at Station A (near Keong Mas / Sasana Kriya) or Station B (in front of the Papua Pavilion).

• Last ticket redemption is at 6pm.

• Cable car operations are subject to weather conditions and may be delayed or suspended for safety reasons.
