What to bring: Make sure you have your swimsuit, towel, slippers, and a swimming cap ready. Remember that wearing slippers is mandatory throughout the spa area, while swimming caps are only required in pools but not thermal baths.

What's not allowed: Please note that pets cannot accompany guests due to venue restrictions. Additionally, this experience is restricted for individuals under 14 years of age.

Accessibility: This spa experience does not accommodate wheelchair users or those with prams/strollers.

Additional Information: The P1 Thermal pool at 38 °C will be unavailable from March 23 to 31, 2026, and the P3 Leisure pool at 34 °C will close for maintenance from April 7 to 14, 2026. Guests are required to leave pools and surrounding areas 20 minutes before closing time, with last entry allowed up until one hour prior to this. If you opt for a fast-track ticket, ensure your visit is scheduled either before 11am or after 3pm for immediate access upon arrival. Keep in mind that each ticket permits only a single entry.
