Dress Code and Essentials
For the Skywalk experience, it’s important to wear closed-toe shoes along with pants or shorts. Skirts and dresses are not permitted for this activity.
Items Not Permitted
At Sydney Tower Eye, large bags aren't allowed inside. However, you can store them at Westfield's concierge service if needed. The Skywalk is only available to children aged 10 or older who are at least 90cm tall. Loose items and cameras must be left behind during the walk.If visiting SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, weapons, alcohol, and smoking are not allowed inside the venue. Pets aren't permitted either due to restrictions in place. The same rules apply for Madame Tussauds Sydney — no weapons, alcohol, or smoking is allowed, and pets cannot enter the premises. At WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, only weapons, alcohol, and smoking are restricted from entry.
Accessibility Features
Sydney Tower Eye offers wheelchair accessibility along with noise kits for guests sensitive to sound and Xtra eyes kits for those with visual impairments. Lockers are also available on-site. Guide dogs are welcome but you should contact the venue at least 48 hours in advance of your visit.SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium is accessible by wheelchair, pram or stroller. Ramps and lifts make it easy to move around inside. Guide dogs are allowed here too — just be sure to notify them ahead of time with an email at least two days before visiting.Madame Tussauds Sydney also provides access for wheelchairs and prams/strollers. When using the Sydney Ultimate Attraction pass, ensure that you go to Sydney Tower Eye first on the day of your trip and then complete visits at the other three attractions within 60 days.At Sydney Tower Eye, anyone under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Choosing the Skywalk tour also gives access to the indoor observation deck afterward.SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium has toilets available for visitors. Children aged 15 or younger need an accompanying adult who is at least 18 years old. If you choose any option that includes SEA LIFE, it must be your first visit of the day on the selected date. You’ll need to pre-register for other attractions and check your voucher for booking time slots in advance.After visiting SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, if you have a '2 Attraction Pass,' it's valid for 30 days while the 3 or 4 Attraction passes are good for up to 60 days. You can choose which spots to visit later within that timeframe. Make sure to check each venue’s website for accurate timings before arriving.No refunds will be given for latecomers or those who don’t show up at all.At Madame Tussauds Sydney, children under the age of 15 must have an adult aged 18 or older with them throughout their visit.WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo provides Wi-Fi and baby-changing facilities.
