Getting started

Arrive at Bayside Marketplace at least 30 minutes early and enter through the marina gate. Show your mobile or printed ticket, ID may be required for ticket validation. Security checks are quick and straightforward.

• Venetian Islands: Man-made islands known for exclusive homes and scenic bridges linking Miami to Miami Beach.
• Fisher Island: One of the wealthiest zip codes in America, accessible only by ferry or boat.
• Flagler Memorial Island: A small island with a striking monument dedicated to Henry Flagler, pioneer of Florida’s East Coast.

Additional information

• Arrive 30 minutes before departure for a smooth check-in.

• Boat check-in closes 10 minutes prior to departure. If you're late and miss your tour, you will have to reschedule for a later time or another day, subject to availability.

• If you decide to hop off the boat in South Beach, you will need to reserve a return boat time with the captain on the boat before you disembark.

• Children under the age of four ride for free.

• Life jackets are provided.

• There are no bathrooms on the boat, so please use the bathroom before you board the boat.

• Rain or shine, the boats sail.

• The pontoon boat has a full-service bar with snacks for purchase.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Paid parking is available at Bayside Marketplace or at meters around Bayfront Park.

• To consume alcoholic beverages, you must by 21 and older with valid ID.
