What to bring

• Bring your sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.

• Lightweight summer clothing is recommended for most of the year. Sweaters or jackets may be necessary during winter months, especially evenings.

• During winter mornings in the desert, temperatures can drop. Bring a light jacket and closed-toe shoes.

What’s not allowed

• Safety is a priority, so thus experience is restricted for children aged 5 years and under and pregnant people.

• Keep in mind, food is not allowed inside the vehicles.

• A minimum of two guests per booking is required.

• Guests who wish to opt for sandboarding must inform the operator at the beginning of the tour during hotel pickup.

• Sunrise visibility may be poor on foggy or hazy days.

• There's a possibility that the Arabian oryx will not be at the feeding station during your visit.

• Please let us know when booking if you require a vegetarian meal.

• Schedule changes may occur due to government actions, holidays, weather, or similar events.

• Transportation is provided in 4x4 vehicles, with a maximum of five passengers per vehicle.

• The tour duration is approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, plus an additional 60-90 minutes for hotel transfers in Dubai, depending on traffic.

• Pick-up is included from hotels in Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Marina, as well as locations in Sharjah and Ajman.

• Pick-up from private residences or villas in Dubai can be arranged from nearby hotels.

• Pick-up from Jebel Ali, Dubai Parks, Bab Al Shams, Al Maha Desert Resort, and hotels near the Dubai Expo site is available for an additional AED 50 per person (minimum two people).
